If you’ve purchased a package or connect on Shadi.Pk and have not utilized any of its features within one week of purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
1.2. Unused Package or Connect After One Week
However, after one week even if you have not used any of your purchased connects or package (Self Matchmaking or Personalized Matchmaking) there would be no refund.
We appreciate your understanding and hope that this policy allows you ample time to assess and make the most of our offerings within the first week of your purchase.
1.3. Multiple Payments Transferred by Mistake
In the event of accidental multiple payments, we understand the urgency and will refund the amount transferred by mistake completely.
1.4. Shadi Wallet
The money in your Shadi Wallet is totally refundable and can be withdrawn at any time.

The processing time for refunds depends on the payment method you use:

Refunds, once accepted, will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Refunds, once accepted, may take 1 month to 45 days to reflect in your account.
2.3. Payment Through Credit Card and Debit Card
Refunds, once accepted, may take 15 to 30 days to reflect in your account.
