Position: Sales & Customer Service Representative (Paid Intern – Female)

We are offering a Paid Internship for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Representative (CSR). This internship provides hands-on experience in sales and customer support for one of our key products, with potential for a full-time job based on performance.
Shift Options and Salary:
- Day Shift (8:30 am to 7 pm): PKR 25,000 – 30,000 per month
- Night Shift (7:30 pm to 6 am): PKR 30,000 – 35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with inquiries about our services and products, providing friendly and professional support.
- Handle incoming calls, offer detailed product information, resolve inquiries, and address concerns.
- Process customer orders and cancellations, and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with other departments when needed.
- Stay updated on our services and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Urdu, with a clear, professional accent.
- Basic understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
Internship Details:
- Duration: Minimum of two months.
- Successful interns may be offered a full-time role based on performance.
- You’ll be considered for Sales/CSR role upon completion of successful internship
